Transcript for "Where 3M+ MA Beneficiaries Will Face Plan Exits This AEP": Hey, everybody. My name is Nick Tagge, and, happy to be here today and, talk through all of the wonderful things that we see happening, here for this AEP. We'd like to, welcome everybody, who's joining us from, IMN, who's joining us from the Spark family. And if you're brand new to us, welcome. Really excited to, be able to, you know, have this time with you. I do want this to be interactive, and so if there are questions or if there are things that you would like to learn more about as as we go through all this crazy data, you know, please share it in the comments. And, if we have time today, we'll we'll jump into it. If not, I'll certainly follow-up with you, and we can take it from there. But, jumping into the slides here, and and getting off on on the right start, we have over 5,000,000 folks who are going to be having to move plans, this AEP. And the most important part of of all of this is all of us on this call are gonna be the ones that are are gonna be in front and center for these clients to help them, help usher them through, the their questions through, you know, all of their frustrations. And so, certainly, there's gonna be a lot for us to get our arms around and, a lot more for us to, you know, be able to understand and and and be that navigator for each and every one of our clients. And so, getting into that, the agenda for today is to talk about the 2027 market overview. We're gonna go into, a level of detail, to discuss the markets that have the most amount of disruption. We're also gonna talk about, the areas where we see are gonna have the best, growth potential, and then, again, have some time at the very end for some some q and a. So, jam packed agenda, but excited to, to take us through. And so looking at 2027, I guess it it helps us by looking at where we are today so that way we can kinda set the table for what's gonna happen here in the next, I guess, in the next couple of weeks when AEP opens up here. And so looking back at December 2025, if you recall, last AEP had a lot of disruption itself. We saw a lot of planned exits. We saw a lot of carriers doing different things with, noncommissionables, nonmarketables, suppressed plans. And, from December to January, the Medicare Advantage industry actually went down about, three percentage points. And so we we actually saw lost membership from December into January. Getting, into April at the end of OEP, we had stabilized the market and kinda got or for the most part, we had gotten back to those December 2025 levels. And then since then, the industry has grown about 3%. We do expect the industry to continue that upward trajectory even with the disruption that's happening this year. And the disruption that's happening this year will feel similar and and will certainly have, some some common threads to what we saw last AEP, but it is, very different in its structure, of where the disruption's coming and then the opportunities for us to help, to solve it. And so as we look at, you you know, where we are today here for September, the market is up about, you know, two and a half points. We do expect that to get up to around three and a half, maybe even touch 4% by the end of the year, which is exciting. But as you can see, core HMOs and the core PPOs have really been stagnant, year over year. And so we haven't seen too much change on either one of those chassis. We've seen a a slight uptick in in givebacks. D SNP continues to have healthy growth, and we're gonna talk a lot about D SNP today because that's one of the most heavily impacted, cohorts looking at, at 2027. But, certainly, C SNP have been the, I guess, the golden child, so to speak, of of 2026, and we've seen 28% growth, on those c snips. Definitely expect that to continue. We're seeing a lot more carriers come into that, field as well for 2027. And so as as we kinda look at, you know, how this all breaks down, we know that one in three members is on a core HMO plan. That number will probably rise a little bit this year. A lot of carriers are heavily investing in their core HMO products. Core PPO will continue to probably stay stagnant, maybe even drop back, just just a hair. Givebacks, we do expect to, to move forward. D SNPs, there's gonna be a number of changes. I'm sure a lot of us are aware of what those changes are. It does vary by state. It does vary by even counties within states. It's it's, you know, certainly a lot of nuances there, but do expect D SNP to continue to grow. And, again, C SNP is gonna be a core chassis for a lot of our carrier partners. As it comes to cost plans and fee for service plans and and PACE plans and and all the other, MSAs and all all those other plans, do expect those to continue to not wind down, but, probably not going to be growing too much and and taking maybe even a slight step back. I don't think it's gonna be another 25%, coming off the top there, for next year, but do expect that to, step back a little bit as well. And so, kinda talking about, you know, what we do expect to have happen here in in 2027, this is kind of a a different way maybe of of looking at the the different plan types. But what you can see here is the plan types there on the left and then the in plan year 2026, it's the number of counties with that type of so each carrier, in each county that has that plan type. And so if you're in Harris County, Texas, there are, you know, there might be eight different carriers that have a c SNP, in that market, and so that would be an eight count there for plan year 2026. And as we look at plan year 2027, kinda get a feel for how the carriers are shaping themselves up and and what their footprint's gonna look like nationally. And so taking that aggregate look and and trying to see, you know, some of the patterns that we're expecting to see from the carriers, is is what we're what we're showing here. And so, again, core HMOs, core PPOs, we're seeing a contraction in the total number of plans being offered, in those, which which arguably makes our jobs a little bit easier and that, there's less plans for us to go out there and have to have the knowledge on and and have to be able to talk through. The footprint, most importantly here nationally, is staying largely the same. We are actually, for those of you on the Spark platform, the footprint is growing by 13 counties, year over year. So the footprint is largely staying the same. We're just seeing less plans, being offered, less multiple of of plans being offered in some of these markets, and so, being more intentional. C SNP is the one plan that is growing year over year where we're seeing more offerings in more counties, year over year, and so really excited to, you know, continue to see that growth. D SNP, with all of the changes and all of the different things that are happening on D SNP where if the carrier is aligned with the Medicaid product, they can only offer one D SNP in that state. I actually expected this number to be, lower than what it is. And so, you know, even with those different rules and with those different constraints that are happening at the at the state level and at the federal level, D SNP offerings are still very broad and and and strong throughout the country. Givebacks largely unchanged, but, again, we're seeing, some erosion there of the cost plans and of the PFFS plans. And so, again, looking at all of this, we know we're gonna have a ton of shoppers, about 5,000,000 of them, and we're going to have to talk to them about new plans, and those new plans are gonna be a little more consolidated. And so, overall, should be a little bit easier for us on the agent side, but still a lot of questions and and maybe, confusion from, the member side. And so as we look at 2027, the ways for you to make sure that you get ahead of your retention efforts and the way that to make sure that you get ahead of your client's questions, is you wanna make sure that you can see and identify who your disruptive members are. Obviously, with that much, or that many plans being taken off the table, that means those folks either have to be crosswalked or, sold to a new, MA plan. So we're gonna see a lot of that membership, moving or having to move to a new plan this year. And so looking at your book of business, knowing who the ones that are gonna be impacted and knowing the ones that are going to be forced to, select a new MA plan, getting into 2027, the ones that were, you know, crosswalked. You know, they they probably have more questions than the person who is renewing on a plan with with strong benefits. And so, making sure that that cohort of your clients is is seen first is gonna be key. Make sure that you are fully aware of all of the new plans, in the area. It's also a great door opener, so to speak. As you talk to clients and you know, do do you know that there's a new option in in your county, or do you know that there's new plans available for you, is a great way to start that conversation and a great way to, you know, bring them in, and and be able to discuss all those different, product offerings that are available to them. It's also gonna be important for us to look at the way that the carriers are investing, into the products. The conversation I've had a lot with with our partners and and internally even has been the carriers are all going back to their core business functions, their core business models. And so, you know, in talking to some folks who were talking about WellCare yesterday, WellCare, you know, fourteen years ago was a Medicaid company, and that was their full focus. And then, you know, they kinda branched out, tried some different things. And then this year, we're seeing them really be intentional and focused on DSNPs. Molina, kinda the same thing and to the point where, you know, they even removed all of their non, DSNP products and only are offering DSNP products in 2027, so completely focused on that core business. United is completely you know, I shouldn't say completely, but they are, really focused on driving snip sales and core HMO sales. Humana is continuing to focus on givebacks and core HMOs. And so each one of the carriers is is focusing on the on the product types that they know well and that they're strong with, and that's where they're making their investment dollars. And with that, that's opening the door for a number of different regional carriers, to step in and, you know, be the spoke that's taking up the, you know, taking up the products or taking up those members that, the larger carriers that used to have a little bit of everything, as they back away, those regional carriers are able to step in. So understanding your local, marketplace, understanding what carriers, are investing in which products, and then making sure that with your marketing strategy, it aligns with, you know, where the carriers are going. There are a number of ways for us to look at the opportunities here in 2027. You could look at the number of folks who are having to move plans. You can look at the number of new plans that are being layered into a market. You can look at the overall Medicare Advantage market and just know that, you know, if if there's high penetration rate and there's this much, disruption and noise out in the industry that they're inherently gonna get marketed to and they're going to, you know, do that shopping. And so depending on your business and and where you are in your cycle, if you're brand new to Medicare or if you're a seasoned vet, if you really enjoy selling DSNPs or if you're, a give back person or if you are, you know, really working closely with doctors and core HMOs are are your gig, you know, there's gonna be a lot of different opportunities here, again, with probably some new faces and some new carriers involved too. And the other important part here is to document every single conversation. We know that, CMS is, asking a lot of the carriers, and so as everything rolls downhill, the carriers are asking a lot of us. So making sure that all of our conversations are documented, is not only good for, you know, covering that part of it, but it's also a great way to look back on your notes, after the AEP and, you know, be able to recognize the things that went really well, the things that you thought were gonna happen. They they actually came to fruition, but also looking at the things that didn't come to fruition the way you thought, and, you know, make sure that it's there for, you know, how you're looking at your opportunities in 2028 and beyond. And so, just, again, a really good, really good practice. And so getting into the fun stuff here, talking about, the markets with the most amount of disruption. Again, there's about 5,000,000 folks, and this number probably will go above 5,000,000 once all the carriers, announce their, 2027, benefits and and plan offerings and all that good stuff. But looking at what we do know as of today, there has been a sizable number of plan redesigns. Humana, Uniteds of the world, they've really taken, again, a a focus on looking at their core business and investing in into that, into those plan types. With that, we've seen a lot of regionals again be able to grow into new markets. And so as the carriers really align around, you know, what their what they want their value prop to be for the future, We are seeing that and how they're investing into the plans. Carriers with this are also repositioning and and realigning themselves. And so somebody, like, in Ohio, is a great great example. United has been a big D SNP, option in Ohio historically. I think they have, like, 78,000, something like that, members as of today. But come January 1, they'll have zero D SNP members, in Ohio because the way that the state of Ohio is operating, it's like four or five different carriers are going to be allowed to, sell DSnips in the state of Ohio next year. And so we're seeing, you know, a 100,000 plus members having to, you know, DSnip members having to choose a new plan, this AEP, because of what's happening there. So, again, some of this is the carriers making the choice. Some of this is coming from the federal government. Some of this is coming from the states. But, again, there is repositioning happening in each one of our markets, and so being aware of those opportunities and getting out of them, is key. And then, you know, looking at the overall bandwidth here, like, we we're expecting about 20%, one in five of all members having to make a move. And so probably worth, defining what a mover is. A mover is somebody who either the plan is exiting and there is just no option for them and they have to choose a new plan for January 1 in order to stay on Medicare Advantage, or it could be somebody, who is part of a crosswalk. So their plan is ending, but the carrier is handling moving them from plan a to plan b. Obviously, everybody whose plan is ending and they have to choose a new plan, they have to shop. Like, they don't have a choice. Otherwise, they'll revert back to original Medicare come January 1. For those that are a part of a crosswalk, history tells us that those folks are very suspicious of the crosswalk. I guess it's it's it's probably just human nature that when somebody takes something away from you and they give you something else, you just or you suspect that there might be something wrong with it or that it might not be the best thing for you because it's not the one that you chose. It's not the one that you selected. And so the shopping behavior is just is is just about as strong for somebody who is crosswalked with somebody whose plan is ending. And so, collectively, we are calling those folks movers because we know that they're gonna be doing some shopping and, likely going to be landing on a on a new Medicare Advantage Plan. Yeah. And, again, that that number of of decent movers is is 1,300,000 nationally, and a lot of that is gonna be some crosswalks, and I'll get into that in a in a moment. Alright. So looking at the carriers, this is a breakdown of the carriers that you know, what what their movers look like for 2027. Number of renewing the so the folks that are gonna be just renewing onto their existing plan, and what that percent of the movers looks like. And as you can see, you know, WellCare, Accellus, not not surprising. Molina, not surprising. Each one of those each one of those carriers is ending certain, parts of their book, and so, you know, big chunks of that membership is going to have to choose a new plan for 2027. Looking at UHC and and Humana both with over a million movers, those folks are, again, are all going to either be crosswalked to a new plan or have to choose a new one because their plan is just outright ending. As you can see, every single carrier essentially that's on our platform, is is in this. Devoted and Scan are the only ones that are less than 10%, of of the book of business that has to move. And so knowing that, over 63%, 64% of our sales at Spark, come from UHC and Humana, and knowing that, you know, about 20% of each one of those carriers has to move, guessing a big chunk of your book of business, is going to have to move, this AEP. And so wanna share kind of from a high level what that movement looks like. And, again, these are all national aggregate numbers, and so it could vary locally. But for those of us that that sell nationally, this is certainly what we expect to see happening in in your book. And then another look at the disruption and and what's happening is looking at it by plan type. Shared some on the on the D SNP side. Again, if the if the carrier is aligned with the Medicaid product, they're only allowed to have one D SNP plan, for 2027. Say to Ohio making their changes. We got some, state of Iowa making some unique changes. Texas has some has some unique nuances. And so as we look at these different D SNP cohorts, we know that a lot of these folks are going to and 1,300,000, D SNP members are going to have to choose a new plan or or be crosswalked to another plan. The decent population is the most vulnerable. You know, that a lot of the a lot of the literature that's going to be, you know, brought to them, is gonna be confusing. It's gonna be, you know, again, not necessarily what certainly, not what they're expecting to have happen with their plan. And so, do expect this, demographic or that cohort of of clients to have lots of questions. And so if you are having a D SNP, I know this is well known to you. But for those of you that, you know, have maybe a book of business of 20% D SNP or 15% D SNP, certainly wanna make sure you're making outreach to that client first, right away coming October 1, just because they are going to have the most amount of questions and and probably the highest level of anxiety. Right behind that, level of anxiety is gonna be our giveback folks. We know that the giveback folks are are are usually shoppers. And so if anything changes with their plan or if there's something that happens, they're the second most anxious or second most, wanting to make a a new plan choice. And so, you know, your d step folks are gonna be your top priority. Givebacks are probably gonna be your second, getting after that, you get to the core plans. And with the core PPO disruption, what we're seeing is a lot of the carriers are layering in a more attractive, more benefit rich, core HMO, which makes a lot of sense in in being able to help control the network size, get to invest more into the benefits. And so as we see a little bit over, 20% of the core PPO folks having to make a move, we are seeing, a lot of those folks being encouraged or at least having the option, to move into a new layered in, core HMO plan. So it's gonna be interesting to see how that demographic shops and and and what they end up, going into. Do expect to see some of that core PPO business migrating over to a core HMO, just because the benefits are gonna be that much more rich and, that much more exciting. Maybe unsurprisingly, CSnips, are gonna be changing the least. I think it's, like, 6% of CSnip members are are gonna be, making move or being forced to make a move or being encouraged to make a move here at this this AEP. And so as you can see, you know, it is those other product lines. C SNP still fairly new, but, you know, again, more growth, more engine, and and continued solid investment in, those products. Looking at the states with the biggest amount of disruption, Texas by far, and and looking at percentage as well, is is leading the way here. The Houston market, Harris County specifically is going to see just a ton of movement. Dallas as well, El Paso, as well. So you got three really strong markets. Same thing in Florida. You got, Tampa and then North Florida, both having, a a good amount of moves. South Florida is a little bit protected, a little bit insulated from some of this, but they still still certainly will be feeling it. New York with, Axelis, leaving the PPO business, couple of different changes that are happening upstate and as well as in the, New York City Metro Area. Gonna see a lot of movement there. A lot of the Ohio movement is the D SNP. And, again, with United, Humana, HealthSpring, and and others with their D SNP product ending, on, December 31, all those folks will have to choose a new plan. So that's driving a lot of that, that membership movement. California. Southern California, we're we're seeing, a healthy amount of disruption, but Northern California as well. And so seeing some cycling through of, you know, the the Greater San Francisco area into the valley. So expecting to see, a lot of movement, there for California. And then, in my home state, North Carolina, a lot of PPO disruption and certainly, a good fair chunk of, D SNP disruption too. And so, gonna be an interesting market here in North Carolina, and we'll we'll jump into each one of these in a little more detail, in a moment. But, here is a breakdown of what the disruption looks like across the map. And so using some metro areas, using some greater areas, using some states here to to try to illustrate that. But as you can see, the the the darker the bubble, the more disruption the larger the bubble, the more disruption. As we're talking about, Greater Houston, Harris County is where Houston is, is going to see the most amount of disruption, by county. Los Angeles County in California always wins this one with most disruption, most movement just because it's such a huge county. But even Harris County beats it this year. And so, just sharing or just goes to illustrate how much disruption and how much movement we're going to see in Greater Houston. Bexar County is also, in that same area, and so, you know, that that entire metro area is going to be hard hit. Looking at, again, New York City Metro, Upstate New York, Pacific Northwest is another, big area for, people who are gonna be having to make some moves. And so regardless of of where you're based, regardless of where you're marketing, there's gonna be opportunities for you to, you know, get your voice heard and and to be able to be seen, in each one of these markets. Certainly expect Houston to you know, the the cost for marketing in Houston, I expect to see go up just because of the amount of disruption and, you know, the amount of voices that are trying to be heard. But looking at a a market like New Mexico where we had a carrier, that's gonna cease operations for twenty twenty seven, you're seeing, another carrier pulling their plans, from New Mexico, but you're seeing a number of carriers layer in new products in New Mexico. And so, you can have you know, on one hand, you have all the wonderful things that are not wonderful, but all the disruption that's happening in Harris County. And then you can also really, dial it in, into a market like New Mexico, which might have been off your radar, but going to see, a healthy number of shoppers and be able to drive, a good amount of sales. One of the really cool tools that, our own, Mariah, has created is this, disruption map. Using that QR code, it'll bring you right to the disruption map. And let me see if I can't bring this up as well, to kinda show how how this works. Cool. Just gotta log in real quick and then share my screen. Alright. And then hopefully, you guys are seeing my screen and make this a little bit larger If it'll let me. Little bit of a delay here on my screens. Apologize for the, the live action here. But, any case, this is a great tool. You can use this. You can also download the different things that are important to you. You can also this tool and this map is is consistent consistently being dialed into or and and as the carriers release more information, we're able to do more and and see more. And so we are updating this on a near daily basis, with that, carrier information. And, again, as more information comes out about noncommissionables, nonmarketables, all of that, we're gonna be able to see this as well. And, obviously, zoomed in quite a bit here. But in any case, the way that this tool can be used is you can click into each one of the states. You can click into each one of the metro areas. Again, download, you know, the the impacted members. You can triangulate what you want that, what your marketing effort should be, what you think the the opportunities can be. You can get into state. You can get into county. You can get into the plan type. And so if you wanna do, a C SNP marketing spend nationally, you can choose that and then and get into it. And then you can also select it by carrier to see what the carrier disruption looks like. So just a lot of really cool, options. Gonna get back to the, slides. Maybe. Oh, thank you. And on top of that, you also have a number of, tools built into your Spark platform, where you're going to be able to, see, instantaneously who your impacted clients are. We have a number of different, marketing strategies that you can employ to reach out to those folks, a couple of different email options where you can ask them to update their doctors or prescription drugs, all fully encrypted and and safe. But then that way, you can make that outreach saying, hey. You know, it looks like your plan has some disruptions. Call me, so we can schedule some time to discuss your options after October 1, and, you know, set up those schedules or set up those appointments, for you know, starting next month. And that way, you can be as effective, from October 1 through October, fourteenth in doing, you know, some of the presentations and and making sure that they're recorded if you're doing it telephonically. But, you know, do those, presentations. In that way, you can, you know, set up the sale for happening October 15. If you're a field agent, obviously, you can leave the apps with them, all that good stuff. But, again, it's a great tool for being able to get ahead of the conversation with your clients and then being able to, also, prioritize, again, getting after those decent folks first, getting after those give back folks second, and then moving down the, the priority list there. But making sure that you have that full outreach to your clients, held ahead of time and automated for you on, on the Spark platform. And so, thank you, Fiona, for for keeping this in there. I put chaos as a opportunity, and it it absolutely is. And this year is gonna be a little bit chaotic, but with that is a whole bunch of opportunity. And so jumping into what that will be, we wanna look at the markets that have the the most amount of growth. And so this is, high level view. I think it's the top 12 states. And then in those top 12 states, what are the what we expect to see being the the top five counties for most amount of sales. The counties aren't necessarily in order of where we think the sales are gonna be, but those counties are gonna be where we expect, again, in those top 12 states with the most amount of, sales that are gonna be made. These are the top five counties in in each one of those states where we expect those sales to happen. A lot of this, again, is predicated on the things that we've already discussed between DSNPs and and core PPOs or plan exits, or it could just be the the population in general is is typically, a high performing or high output, county. But as we looked at this and and we looked at, you know, how the the carriers were mapping out, like in South Florida, we're seeing a changing of the guard as it comes to core HMOs for a few of the plans. As it comes to Texas, we know, again, in Houston and Dallas, there's a fair amount of disruption with plans ending. And so each market is a little bit different from the next of of what's causing this change or what's driving, the change behind the scenes. But this is a a great way to take a look at, you know, from 30,000 feet, like, where where we think those, sales would be driven towards. Again, all this information is available in the in the disruption tool, but also available, in our priority market tool, and I'll get into that in just a moment. One of the cool new toys or cool new assets or cool new, tools that's available in the, Spark platform is PlanFit. We spent a a lot of time, and a lot of resources on dialing this in and and continuing to, dial this in even further. But, obviously, as the the plans oh, you know, again, 20% of our folks are gonna be moving. Number of plans is consolidating. New new care or carriers are layering in new plans in different markets as well. The options that are gonna be available, obviously, will be much different in 2027. And PlanFit is a great tool for each and every one of you to be able to, you know, look at a market and then look at a plan type and then be able to, you know, see the the top options, side by side. It takes into account, you know, different co pays, the coinsurances, network information, flex cards, OTCs, all those different benefits and all those different things that are gonna be important to the client, and dial it in to the best available plans for that co for that for that member. And so by answering the questions, by going through, the needs analysis and and and entering in that information, you're gonna see the best plans that are, the best match for that consumer. And it's an amazing tool. Again, would love your feedback if if you're jumping in there and and and bouncing around and and seeing the different things, for 2026, but also for 2027. Really excited about this, and I know the team, is has worked really hard in bringing bringing this to, fruition over the last couple of weeks here, and only going to continue to be better. It is still certainly in the in its beta, so that feedback is very much welcomed. But it is just an amazing tool for helping to navigate, especially if you're selling into a market that you might not be super familiar with, and and being able to help have the confidence in, you know, matching your client to the best possible plan for them, in their in their area. This is a look at the current priority markets across the country. There's another really cool map, that Mariah has created, and and we'll share that here in a moment. But this is a, an overview of where we're seeing the priority markets. Those, counties that are shaded in in that navy color, those are all counties that were more than or four or more carriers have said, this is a priority market for us, and we're looking for growth, in these counties. And then the ones that are in that lighter shade of, blue, between one and three carriers have said, this is an important county for us to grow. And then the gray is the areas or the counties where the carriers have not said that that's a priority for them yet. There could be some some carriers that come forward saying, you know, some of these counties are there, but this map looks very different than it did last year. This last year, this map had a lot more gray, a lot less navy, and even the, you know, that that lighter shade in blue, I think it was one or two carriers. And so what's really cool about this year is that we are seeing a turning of the tide for not, again, not every market, not every carrier, but we are seeing a turning of the tide of carriers having that reset, and being able to fully invest in their products in in the different markets and helping to drive that growth forward. So really excited to to see that happening, and only continue or only expect, you know, to see this map continue to get, darker and darker shades of of that navy blue. Here, I'm not gonna do the the live. That one didn't work too well. I think something's going off my Internet. But, in any case, use this QR code to be able to see those priority markets. Again, you're gonna be able to to download, you know, by carrier, by by state, by, by product type, all the different things that are happening, and on the priority market level. Again, Murad made a a really cool tool here that takes you through at a a really high level where the priority market is and then what's going on underneath the hood in that market. And so you're able to do that deep dive and really see, you know, what the carriers are focusing on and then also, you know, where you're going to be able to get the best bank, for your, marketing dollar as well. And so just a phenomenal tool and excited for everybody to check that out. And then, this slide is is kind of a a fun slide and that it breaks it down by plan type and then the carriers that we expect to see grow, by that plan type and then the the top states for that, for that plan type. Looking at D SNP, because of the way that the states are operating, and the way that the carriers are operating, and the way that we see D SNP continuing to unfold all the way through 2030, when we will have, you know, the the the full vision of D SNP or the future of of fully aligned D SNP products, coming to fruition, is that we are going to see some fragmentation of the D SNP product. We're gonna see, you know, carriers own certain markets or own certain states, and then a completely different subset of carriers owning the next state over and then, you know, so on and so forth. And so with the D SNP, it is very much depending upon the state that you're selling into, in in a market like Texas where, you know, even the the city that you're selling into, the the carrier mix is going to vary, quite a bit. And so with DSNP, certainly the most amount of, carriers that are expecting to win in that space this year and and looking for growth, and then sharing the the states there that we expect to see that growth coming from. C SNP, talked a lot about this already as well, but, this is the the product that is growing, and so we are seeing a number of carriers really throwing their weight behind, that growth of the C SNP. Devoted is opening up in in a number of new states for 2020, '7, and it's a lot of it's on a C SNP chassis and a giveback chassis. And so as they kind of break into those markets, we are very clearly seeing that that is their priority, and and that is where they're they're looking to to have that growth. But we're also seeing both on D SNP and C SNP united. United, both from the way that they're compensating all of us, but also in in the way that they've invested into these plans. We are seeing them go full bore into, driving sales for, the SNP product lines. And, again, as the as the the major carriers are are kind of focusing in on on their core businesses, for both DSNPs and CSNPs, We're seeing some regional carriers being able to step forward and and make some noise, and we're seeing a a lot of sales coming forward from Xyng, which is exciting. Molina and, WellCare obviously being fully focused on, on the D SNP side, and seeing, you know, a great uptick for from both of them as, you know, again, their their investments are are becoming known for, 2027. Starting to see an uptick in those sales already for 2026. So exciting to see, you know, the the big guys, do with their thing, but also to see, you know, some of these regional carriers being able to step forward and and be a part of this as well. Give back, seeing a a similar trend again, devoted as they grow. It's definitely on a on a giveback chassis. Humana's growth has, largely been predicated on on a giveback the last couple of years. They own, you know, 35, 40% of this market space, continue to or expect to see that to continue in in 2027. They have a number of new plan offerings throughout the country on the give back chassis, and so, expect to see them sell a whole bunch. And then same thing for, United and Aetna. Aetna Aetna, I think, is gonna have an amazing year this year, the way that they are positioned in in the market both, from a snip position, from a giveback position, but also on the on the core products. I think they're the one carrier oh, I guess Humana is as well, but that is in each and every one of those, categories. And so certainly expect to see, Aetna make a lot of noise on all these different fronts. But with the give back, alignment is also making some noise in the markets that they serve. If you're not familiar with alignment, largely in the in the Southwest, but they also have a presence here in North Carolina. But they have come out with a number of, strong investments throughout the country and in the markets that they serve, especially on the give back front. Looking at the core HMOs, again, a lot of stalwarts there, but, Scan, also largely in the in the Southwest. They have a presence in in Washington state, but also, making a lot of noise in Texas this year. They also made a lot of noise with their co branded products with, Costco and and Walmart in different markets. And so, excited to see, what they're able to do here in in the, in the AEP and beyond. And then core PPO, which was the growth juggernaut a number of years ago, only a few carriers are are really putting some weight behind it. Aetna, again, making some good investments here. Humana, certainly making those investments, and then devoted, with their expansion, into new markets, but also expanding their existing footprints and and their existing markets. Expect to see them continue to, grow in that chassis as well. We don't have this ready for 2027 yet, but we we certainly will, have this available as soon as possible. But we will have the, plan cheat sheets. And so by going in, jumping in, choosing your state, choosing your county, you're gonna be able to print out and see all of the different, available products, as well as the the high level details of of what's in those plans. Carriers are still, as you know, rolling out their first looks. They're rolling out their, information of what's what's gonna be available and marketable and all that good stuff. And so as we get those, updates, that impacts these as well. But, 2026, obviously, available now, and then 2027 be available very, very soon. And then with that, we can open up to, to some q and a. And I'm not sure if we have some questions at the ready. I see a number of, yeah. So, Sonia, when the, cheat sheets will be available is is as soon as we get that information. The CMS landscape report, is obviously something that used to always come out right right at the beginning of October. Last year, it was a little bit delayed. Hopefully, the landscape report comes out right away in October, so that way we can get this out there with full confidence. Otherwise, it's gonna be, you know you know, as soon as we possibly can, but, hopefully, that that first part of October. And then, I'm just kinda picking out questions as I see them. And so, barely see Anthem, EleVance, any thoughts on on them, and certainly, a lot a lot of thoughts. And so with Evance, they are really focused on growing their snip business. They're still focused on growing their their Florida business. As we look at the as we look at the markets, we do expect them to, you know, have a solid presence in in Texas, Florida, California for sure, Indiana, Ohio. It just maybe not as many, layered implants and and not as much disruption, but they do offer a number of, new plan offerings this year. And so do expect Elevance to be on on everybody's mind there. And then, Rich, I I could have bet that you were gonna be the one that would ask about co op. We are locking up our our marketing deals with the carriers, in real time. Have a number of conversations over the next couple of days to hopefully get this locked up. More to come on what carriers will be offering marketing dollars and where and for what products. And, again, as soon as we can possibly share that, we will. But do feel that there's gonna be a number of carriers that are gonna be offering, you know, opportunities. Again, it's gonna be predicated on focus markets as well as, new to carrier business. And then and so Thomas, sorry, Thomas asks, when can we get a high level, view of the analytics of of the book of business? And that is gonna be predicated on on the carrier sharing their information. And so, my expectation is that we will have all of that available in the, platform, you know, here as soon as possible, certainly. But, we do need to get that information from the carriers to confirm the different, changes that are happening and then also crosswalks and all of that. As an example, Aetna released theirs end of last week, and Humana is releasing theirs at the beginning part of next week. And so, as we get the, data from the carriers, we're able to make those updates and, rock and roll from there. Question about getting a contract with Spark. Absolutely. Some carriers have blackout dates. Our contracting team is amazing, and and by reaching out to, to us, and we'll make sure that you get the contact information for that. There are still certainly some carriers that will allow you to to make changes here before the AEP, some that won't, but more than happy to, help you out in any way that we possibly can. Juan is asking about, med sups. Med sups are going to, you know, there there's a number of different changes that are happening at different state levels, a number of different things that are happening at the carrier level. I expect to see med sups continue, very strong, right, you know, at at the same pace, and and so, keeping their membership, in order. Do expect to see some carriers step up, for the first time, in some new markets. There are gonna be a number of changes from, you know, conversation standpoint and from, a premium, standpoint that are going to have some impacts there, but, more than happy to have a a med sup, webinar kinda jump through our or kind of do a deep dive into all the opportunities there. Blue Cross Blue Shield. And so one of the things that, I I definitely focused on here was, these are all on platform carriers and HCSC, which is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Montana, Texas, and Oklahoma, if I didn't say Oklahoma, have not gotten their first look, or at least not, a full version of their first look. And so, not necessarily, you know, picking on them or or whatever, but, some of the products, some of the plans, Eternal Health is another one. I know that hasn't released their first looks. And so some of these carriers just haven't released them. Some of them won't release their first looks until October 1. And so, just because somebody wasn't mentioned doesn't mean that we're not fans of theirs. Just means that we don't have their information available to us yet. And so, please don't read into into any of this more than what it is. It's just these are, the carriers that we had access to, and so these are the ones that we were able to talk about. Yeah. Imperial is, is a is a regional carrier in California. They are going to have, a really good, AEP this year, and and certainly a good solid year in in 2028 or, sorry, 2027. Get ahead of myself. But, again, just really focused on on California, and so more than happy to do a deep dive into the counties that they serve at any point, but their information is gonna be available on our web tools as well. And so, looking at those specific markets, you know, doing a deep dive into, into the areas that they serve, Imperial is certainly gonna be at the the top of the charts for a number of the different plan types. Glenda is asking about, talking about, what plans are commissionable and and and not commissionable. Would love to have been able to talk more about this, but, candidly, a lot of the carriers haven't made this information available yet. We are starting to get some high level knowledge of what's marketable versus not marketable. I do expect that over the next week, we will learn a whole bunch, more about what's commissionable and noncommissionable. Spark has a really cool tool for that as well. It it goes through and shares all of the marketable as well as, non marketable as commissionable, non commissionable, and and modified commissions, all that good stuff. So another great tool that Spark does offer. But, again, as the carriers, haven't shared that information broadly, we are we are still waiting on on that to happen. And so Dan Daniel, sorry, is asking, if somebody, their their plan, their plan exits, they revert back to original Medicare, what do they have available to them? In the OEP, they're still gonna be able to choose, still gonna be able to choose a Medicare Advantage Plan. There is an SEP for when your plan exits, and so it's not the traditional OEP that they would have access to, but because of their Plex, they would still be able to choose and and go and select another MA plan, during the same time as as the OVP. And, when I say disruption, I mean, there's gonna be movement. And so, again, that that, when we say disruption, we say mover, we we mean the same thing. And so that means that the plan is exiting, and we know that the plan will not be offered. In the plan that they're on today will not be offered in 2027. So that person is either going to have to select a new plan, a new Medicare Advantage Plan, or they're gonna be crosswalked, by the carrier and still obviously be able to shop for a new plan if they choose to. But anybody who is facing that disruption, anybody who's facing that plan exit, is what we're referring to in in disruption slash, movers. Good question. Did I miss any questions here? Alright. Not well, there's a question on here about, contracting with Devoted. Contracting with Devoted is is open. There they do they have suspended not sure if that's the right word, the right term. I know that Devoted is not, contracting agencies, right now, but as far as agents are concerned, that that contracting is is still open. I don't expect to see agency contracting reopen until calendar year 2027. That's not a a Spark thing. That is a that is a devoted thing. They have shared that just because of the sheer volume of agencies coming on board, they haven't been able to to keep up with that, and so they're putting all their focus on agents. Cool. Yeah. I know. I see a couple of things where folks are are looking at different carriers. Oh, drug plans, PDPs. So a lot a number of carriers have shared some PDP information. A number have have yet to, share what their benefits will be for 2027. HealthSpring, for example, has come forward and said that, you know, they'll they'll have commissionable PDPs, for 2027. Other carriers have come out saying that they will not, but still, you know, and others have said that they might be commissionable and, you know, but they're not sharing what their benefits will look like yet. I do expect to have a much broader and much fuller view of PDPs, certainly by next week, hopefully by the beginning part of next week. And we'll make sure that these are also a part of our online tools to be able to see. But we know that, Aetna or CVS, I should say, CVS left multiple markets and and won't be commissionable in 2027. So I know that there is, especially for folks with a large, book of business of of CVS PDPs, you know, wanting to make sure your clients have a safe landing spot. But, again, the details on the full, availability of PDPs is is not known yet, but we do again expect to have that come into focus early next week, or certainly by the end of next week. Cool. Alright. Sweet. Well, appreciate all the questions. If if there are if there is any questions that I missed or if there is anything that you would like to follow-up on, please just reach out.
